Why do we charge for our advice, when so many other sites don't?

Sites which don't charge have very poor response rates. When a service is free you get advice when they can give it to you. The vast majority of people writing to these sites, never even receive a reply. Young people sometimes wait up to a month or longer before their problems are addressed.

The problem with these sites is there nothing to gain by replying, or there are not enough funds, to cater for the high demand. We know that young people’s problems can't always wait to be addressed, some can't wait at all. This is because the urgency of the situation, demands a fast decision. Sometimes the psychological pressure can cause a deep irritating frustration, to an unbearable mental anguish.

To provide our service, we need to have our qualified team on standby 24 hours a day. Having a team means that we have a wide breadth of experience and knowledge and can accommodate both male and female issues. It also means we can answer any high volume of questions we get, quickly and carefully. Unfortunately this also means we have to charge for our exclusive service, which also operates at weekends, and is not funded by any outside sources.

The upside for you by paying us is that a contract is created, and we are obligated to provide you or your young people with a service. That service can be made whenever you need advice, with quick response and reply. We provide that service within 24 hours.
