We are the online service, offering fast one to one tailored advice to young people, and parents with questions, about problems and challenges! We are a team of 'youth workers’ dedicated to helping young people make the right choices and decisions, which affect their everyday lives. With young people going through adolescences, with so many issues, and changes in their lives, it can be a very difficult time for any young person. We offer clear honest unlimited advice, specific to their problems, with a guaranteed personal reply.

Young people sometimes feel that there is no-one they can talk to, who will give them a straightforward and unbiased answer. They sometimes feel there is nobody who will listen to all the facts, or nowhere that will give them anything but the vaguest of advice printed for the benefit of everyone experiencing the same sort of problem. Young people also very rarely talk to their parents, as they sometimes find this very difficult or feel embarrassed to ask certain questions. Other times young people just don’t think their parents would understand, or feel that they do not have any idea on modern trends and cultures, which young people aspire to on the streets. This generally leads to young people giving in to peers pressure, which starts the process of them finding themselves in difficult situations, which could have been avoided with the right advice. 

Our philosophy is that, as each of us is an individual, our problems are unique to us. Every single visitor, to this site, who asks for our help, will receive a comprehensive personally-tailored reply, written with care and sensitivity by qualified youth work facilitators.
